Description
What Are Company ID Cards?
Company ID cards are employee identity cards that carry your branding together with each person’s photo, name, designation and staff number. Printhub.lk prints company ID cards at our Mount Lavinia outlet for offices, factories, hotels, schools and hospitals across Sri Lanka.
What Goes on Staff ID Cards?
- Company branding: logo, colours and company name on a consistent design.
- Personal details: individual photo, full name, designation and staff number.
- Scannable data: barcodes or QR codes for attendance and access systems.
- Material: rigid PVC in CR80 credit-card size, waterproof and hard-wearing.
- Accessories: branded lanyards, clear pouches and clips.
Why Do Businesses Issue ID Cards?
An ID card lets customers and visitors identify staff instantly, controls who enters restricted areas and feeds attendance systems through a scannable code. For customer-facing businesses, a properly branded card also signals a well-run organisation.
How Does Personalised Printing Work?
Send us your staff list and photographs. We merge each person’s details into the design, so every card in the batch is individual, then print, cut and sort them ready to hand out. New joiners can be added later in small batches using the same design.
