Backdrops

Description

What Are Event Backdrops?

Event backdrops are large printed backgrounds placed behind a stage, photo area or registration desk, carrying your event name, sponsor logos or wedding artwork. Printhub.lk prints backdrops at our Mount Lavinia outlet for corporate launches, weddings, conferences and school events across Sri Lanka, in custom sizes to fit your venue.

What Types of Backdrops Can You Order?

• Stage prints: full-width prints behind a stage or head table for launches, award nights and concerts.
• Step-and-repeat media walls: repeating sponsor logos for media walls and red-carpet photo areas.
• Wedding and celebration backgrounds: personalised artwork behind the couple’s table or photo corner.
• Photo booth backgrounds: branded backgrounds for guest photos at activations and parties.

Tell us the event and the space available, and we will recommend the right material.

Which Material Is Best for Backdrop Printing?

Flex and vinyl are the economical choice for large, one-off event prints and suit most stage prints. Fabric is lighter, packs down without permanent creasing and photographs without glare, which makes it the better choice for step-and-repeat walls and events you will run again.

If you run the same event every year, backdrop printing on a reusable frame means only the graphic needs replacing next time.

How Big Should an Event Backdrop Be?

Measure the stage or wall first, then leave room either side for people to stand. For a photo area, the backdrop should be wider than the largest group you expect in a single shot, and tall enough that logos stay visible above heads. We print to custom dimensions so the artwork fits your venue.

Where Can I Get Backdrops Near Me?

Printhub.lk is at Mount Lavinia and prints backdrops for events across Mount Lavinia, Dehiwala and Colombo, with island-wide delivery. Our in-house design team lays out sponsor logos and event artwork so they read clearly on camera.
