Voucher Books

Description

What Are Voucher Books?

Voucher books are bound books of numbered vouchers with counterfoils, used either to record payments and petty cash in an office or to issue gift vouchers to customers. Printhub.lk prints them at our Mount Lavinia outlet for businesses, accounts departments, restaurants and retailers across Sri Lanka.

Which Type Do You Need?

• Payment and petty cash vouchers: for recording and authorising small payments in accounts.
• Gift cards and vouchers: for restaurants, salons, spas, hotels and shops to sell or give to customers.
• Promotional vouchers: discount or free-item vouchers for campaigns.

What Features Keep Vouchers Secure?

Sequential numbering on both the voucher and its counterfoil means every one is accounted for, and missing numbers are obvious during an audit. Perforated pages tear away cleanly, leaving the stub in the book. Authorisation and signature lines add accountability for payment vouchers.

Why Sell Gift Vouchers?

They bring in revenue before the service is delivered and introduce new customers who arrive through someone else’s recommendation. A well-printed voucher with clear terms looks like a proper gift rather than a coupon, which is what makes people buy them for others.
